I bequeath you all that my wife Aminah Mohammad Hakim is a benevolent, pious and loves the Mureedeen male and females. I declare that I have found her the best example of the perfect religion and the piety. To sum up, I found her ready to watch the Mureedeen, heart. Based upon that all the Mureedeen must listen passionately to this bequest. She, my wife, knows how to manage the situation in Biarah and Barikah, Biarah and Barikah Haniqah. So, our charity and alms and the Sheikh’s salaries may last long. For that I commanded her to lead the Haniqah and to manage, and solve the Mureedeen’ issues and I’m so satisfied for that. Thus, the Mureedeen, males and females have to obey her. Also my dear faithful servant Haj Tawfiq Mohammad Mostafa has to serve her sincerely and truly as he used to serve me, and fulfill her commands. All my sons, brothers, relatives must respect my family Haj Aminah, Hanem, since she is the Mureedeen’s mother.

On her turn, she must welcome and serve all the visitors to Al-Haniqah of legislators students, followers poor, and guests, also she has to look after my sons and grandsons as before. This declaration is not only due to my admiration to Haj Aminah Hanen, but also due to her faithfulness, charity, and I witness that she fulfills her religious duties as well. Whoever, wants to adhere to our course or to renew his loyalty, he has to go to Sir Mamosta Mulla Abed Allah Al-Salihani AlKateb. If one of my sons restates his adherence and promises to work hard and follow the mortalities and the ethics of the course and is ready to serve the religion and welcomes the Mureedeen and obeys and assists Aminah Hanem perfectly well, then I will grant him the authority as the situation requires. She also has to treat him kindly as a one of her real sons.

I rendered a hundred sheep, ten milk cows for the Haniqah where Haj Aminah Hanem is the responsible manager. I also, bequeathed one third of my fortune to Biara and Barika Hamiqah including cattle (livestock) the cash, the debts, what remained of the loans, and the deposits in the Mureedeen and memberships’ security. I granted Haj Jalal Ahmad Rashid to collect it all and spend it on the needs of Al-Haniqah and its building.

This is the true announcement, and an evident for the honest people. Allah is the Trustee for whatever we say. May Allah have mercy and bless upon our prophet Mohammad, the master of the ancestors and the successors and upon his relatives and companions all together, as well.
