The Majesty of Sheikh Othman Siraj Eddin, may Allah sacrament him, authorized the opening of the center in Sakiyat AlJanzeer in 1989 A.D. In the year 1994 the center became a permanent endowment (inalienable property) to practice (الختم) the ending and the Tahlilah (invocation) (Recalling Allah name). Haj Khalil Shatila offered it, may Allah reward him, accompanied by a written statement. His Majesty, Sheikh Othman accepted that offer. The declaration (document) is found with the Sheikh’s family.

This Haniqah became, later, the center for the Naqshbandiah movement in Lebanon.

The Ending (الختم) and the Tahlilah (Invocation and recalling of the Allah Name) take place daily after Al-Maghreb prayer immediately. The Ending is read by Sheikh Husein Oseiran and Mohammad Shatila as authorized by the Majesty Sheikh Othman, may Allah sacrament him. After the ending food is served for the Mureedeens who daily attend the Haniqah center in tens besides the advocative for this course who attend from all the Lebanese sites and the neighborhood countries served by the Mureedeens.

In Ramadan, (Iftar) the breakfast is served daily, after the Ishaa prayer, they pray the Taraweeh prayer followed by the ending and the Tahlilah (recalling Allah name) followed also by the songs of praise for prophet Mohammad, may Allah have mercy upon him, which lasts for a later period at night.

Some lessons n (Fukuh) jurisprudence and the Holy Quran are delivered daily by the tutor Mr. Husein Oseiran, may Allah elongate his life, and a certificate is given as a reward for every student after he finishes (acquires) certain lessons in jurisprudence or studies a method of reading the Holy Quran according to the references (documents) found with Sheikh Husein Oseiran.

In this center there is a book case embodies tens of the religious, books and the translation of the Holy Quran, all are for the service of the Mureedeens.

In Ramadan the center delivers packed nutrients among the poor and the needy people.
